Leslie Hoffman is a community development consultant sponsored by Central New Mexico Community College to support Mission: Graduate’s capacity building efforts. Her focus is strategic management and employer engagement.
Leslie is the founder and principal of LEH Consulting Group, LLC, a national practice specializing in business strategy and management consulting to advance community development efforts. She is also a professional faculty member at the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management where she has taught entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level and nonprofit management at the graduate level.
Leslie began her career as a print journalist before transitioning to community development. That development work included Peace Corps service in Latin America and eight years working on the frontlines of U.S. microfinance. She is a proud native of Albuquerque and graduate of New Mexico public education from kindergarten through graduate school.
