BONUS! If you fill out the survey you will be entered into a drawing for a
$100 gift card.
The survey will:
- help our educational and training providers better understand skills gaps, workforce and education needs;
- help Mission: Graduate and its partners develop strategies that will increase the skills of our local workforce; and
- ultimately help ensure a wider range of strong applicants and employees in the retail sector.
The survey is coordinated by United Way of Central New Mexico’s Mission: Graduate, in conjunction with multiple business and economic development partners throughout central New Mexico. In January 2019, there will be a community-wide summit made up of educational leaders, local and state policy makers, and businesses who participated in the survey to discuss the findings and begin the process of moving from talk to action.
HR Professionals affiliated with SHRM who complete the survey will be eligible for a re-certification credit upon completion of this survey.
