Early childhood providers are invited to attend the next ECAP (Early Childhood Accountabilty Partnership) Connections + Capacity Lunch & Learn on Aug. 17 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Explora Science Center at 1701 Mountain Road, NW. Attendees should bring their own lunch.
David Belford, a licensed independent social worker and endorsed infant mental health mentor, will guide a discussion on the topic of Reflective Supervision.
Belford has more than 25 years of experience as a therapist, program manager, supervisor, presenter and consultant to individuals and programs, with much of that experience focusing on young children and families, most recently at the University of New Mexico. He has provided workshops and trainings at the national, state and local levels since the mid-1990s. He currently provides consultation and workshops to individuals, groups and agencies for personal and professional growth.
Connections + Capacity Lunch and Learn sessions are held quarterly and are free to interested participants. Hosted by ECAP, the lunches provide an opportunity for experts within our community to share practices, research, perspectives, and ideas with other early childhood practitioners.
