Volunteers Needed to Teach Financial Literacy and Workforce Readiness

Make an exciting difference in the future of local K-12 students by teaching them economic success skills! You can inspire young people to experience the realities and opportunities of the new global marketplace through Junior Achievement (JA), the nonprofit leader in providing innovative financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship education. Junior Achievement of New Mexico needs volunteers to take career- and life-skills mentoring and teaching into local classrooms. This is not a lecture-based, but rather an experiential-based learning program. You don't need teaching experience, as all materials are created for non-teachers to deliver the programs. You just need a passion to inspire and prepare students for economic success, while sharing your personal and professional experiences. We need volunteers for the 2019 fall semester in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo and Santa Fe.
